Hi, I'm Ithiar.
I am a photographer originally from Spain, and currently located in Fairfax, Virginia, USA. I have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a concentration in photography from George Mason University (GMU), USA.
I work independently as an artist and a professional to establish my own style and make my own business. I also enjoy collaboration with other artists to create ever long lasting memories.
Currently, I primarily work with digital photography in events/weddings and studio portrait photography to be able to explore all types of light forms. Making people feel good about themselves and capturing their memories for them has always been a great form of empowerment to activate in a person. It is something I am adamant on doing.
I also enjoy the use of analog photography because there's a singular quality to film photography that makes it unrepeatable and irreplaceable; each take is unique in the way it makes you feel, the emotions it evokes, and the memories it can ignite.
I photograph with the intention of responding and documenting what I find inspiring. I want my art to reflect my point of view of the world as something memorable to bring to the table. Photography is what drives my life as a form of story telling. Art is all I know.
